Challenge
Grey inward and finish outward moved on challans; shade mismatches between trader, job worker, and processor were reconciled monthly in Excel. Agent commissions on credit sales were calculated manually with frequent TDS errors.
Solution
Odoo configured for lot/shade tracking with UoM conversion meters to kg, job work via subcontracting flow, and automated commission bills with TDS 194H. Peak-season dashboards show processor WIP by shade family.
